Day 01: Delhi Sight-Seeing You will be picked up from your hotel and proceed for a full-day tour of Old & New Delhi. Overnight at Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi - Alwar Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for ALWAR and reach by noon. Visit the PALACE and complete all sightseeing and stay at SARISKA PALACE for the night.

Day 03: Alwar - Jaipur Proceed to Jaipur after breakfast. Reach by noon. Shopping in the city. Overnight at Jaipur.

Day 04: Jaipur Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for morning excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride ascent to the fort. Continue city sightseeing.

Day 05: Jaipur - Agra Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Agra. Visit Fatehpur Sikri en-route. Overnight at Agra.

Day 06: Agra - Khajuraho Proceed for city sightseeing after breakfast. Overnight at Khajuraho.

Day 07: Khajuraho - Varanasi Breakfast at hotel. Overnight at Varanasi.

Day 08: Varanasi Return for breakfast to the hotel. Proceed for day guided tour of Varanasi including the Gyanvapi Mosque and Benaras Hindu University. Overnight at Varanasi.

Day 09: Varanasi - Delhi Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for sightseeing of SARNATH.

Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi.

About Haridwar
Haridwar located in the foothills of the Himalayas in the north Indian state of Uttaranchal represents the point where the Ganga reaches the plains. Haridwar is an ageless pilgrimage destination, held in reverence for centuries. Several temples and ashrams are found in this town and a visit to Haridwar is like stepping into a comletely different world.

Once known as Gangadwara, Haridwar (and Rishikesh) represents the gateway to the Himalayan pilgrimage shrines of Badrinath and Kedarnath. Haridwar has very rich ancient religious and cultural heritage. Har ki Pairi Ghat - HaridwarIn the ancient scriptures of India, this place is well known by the name of Mayapur. This city is also well known for many other things apart from the holy river Ganges. Besides this, Kumbh fair is organised at the interval of every 12 years in this city in which about 1 crore pilgrims from all over the world participate.

Tourist Attractions in Haridwar

Har Ki Pauri
Har Ki Pauri is one of the most sacred ghats in India. It is said that this ghat was built by Vikramaditya in memory of his brother Bhartrihari. Also known as Brahmakund, the Ghat is magnificently illuminated in the evening during a Maha Aarti performed on this ghat. It is an event which is a must, not be missed by any visitor.

Mansa Devi
Located on top of a hill called the Bilwa Parvat, the Manas Devi Temple is worth visiting. The temple can be reached by the rope way or one can take the normal trekking route to the top. The top of the hill gives you an excellent view of Haridwar.

Chandi Devi
On the top of a hill called the Neel Parvat which is on the other side of the river Ganga, the Chandi Devi temple was constructed by the King of Kashmir, Suchat Singh, in 1929 AD. Chandi Devi is a 3 km trek from the Chandi Ghat.

Sapt Rishi
At one place Ganga divides herself into seven small streams. This place is known as the Sapt Rishi and provides a very pleasing sight.

Maya Devi
Maya Devi Temple is one of the Shaktipeeths in India. This ancient temple of Maya Devi is also the Adhisthatri deity of Haridwar. It is said that when Lord Shiva was carrying his wife Sati, who had burnt her self to keep the honour of her husband, then the heart and navel of Sati had fallen at this place.

Daksha Mahadev Temple
HaridwarAt a distance of 4 kms from Haridwar is a town called Kankhal. It is said that the king of this place King Daksha Prajapati performed a yagya. His daughter, Sati was married to Lord Shiva. But Daksha was not happy with this marriage and did not invite Shiva-Sati in the Yagya.

But Sati came and was insulted by her father. She could not take the insult and burnt herself in the yagya kund. On knowing this Shiva's followers killed Daksha. But later Mahadeo (Shiva) brought Daksha to life. The Daksha temple is a mark to this legend. This place is one of the five sacred places in Haridwar.

Day 01: Delhi Arrive Delhi and transfer to the the hotel for O/N stay.

Day 02: Delhi After b/f full day sightseeing of Delhi. O/N at the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi - Mandawa After b/fast, leave for the town of Mandawa located in the Shekawati region of North - West Rajasthan. Afternoon, visit Mandawa bazaar and havelis. O/N at the hotel.

Day 04: Mandawa After b/fast, visit some of the havelis in the small town around Mandawa. O/N at the hotel.

Day 05: Mandawa - Pushkar After breakfast, drive for Pushkar. On arrival transfer to Hotel. O/N at hotel / Tent.

Day 06: Pushkar After breakfast, day at Pushkar Mela. Spend the day walking through the traditional decorated fair ground and view various activities, like - dance, camel races and many more. Overnight at Hotel / Tent.

Day 07: Pushkar Early morning visit bathing ghats of Pushkar, where thousands of pilgrims take holy bath. Return back to Hotel / Tent for breakfast. Afterwards, Take a tour of Savitri temple, Man Mahal. Overnight at Hotel / Tent.

Day 08: Pushkar - Jaipur Morning drive to Jaipur. On arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09 : Jaipur Morning visit the Amber Fort - the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Ascend the Fort on Elephant back. Afternoon at leisure / shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10 : Jaipur / Agra, visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute Morning drive to Agra, enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. Evening visit to the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11 : Agra / Delhi Early morning (Sunrise) visit to to the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Evening drive to Delhi. Transfer to airport for flight back to home.
